And I Wonder...

What Christmas in heaven is like. Hello dear people. I wonder what your Christmas looks like. Some of your Christmas traditions. Is there a pile of gifts by the fire-side?

Maybe you don’t have a fire-place. We don’t. We exchange names. We set up the ancient card table and load the many sized packages on there. No touching. We stay up on Christmas eve. Talking and laughing. On that day, we get up early and have pancakes, or waffles. Then we have the Christmas story, or all the versions of them. Sing the carols. Then we gift our person. Then we open our gift. The entire day is very lazy and relaxing.

What about yours? Care to share?

I hope we will always remember the true meaning of this season. Our Jesus. A baby. To save the world. A giver.

Merry Christmas.

I'm starting to realize we don't really have much of a tradition, lol😂 one thing we do is make my grandparents on my mom's side placemats every year, and we also always have peppernuts. And lots of good food. The presents go on the floor in the living room and since we are only a family of four we just get everyone a gift. That's about it😂
